STORE PRICES
All prices displayed in our store are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
PLACING AN ORDER
Please note: Currently we do not process payments through our online shop.
By completing your details through this website's checkout process, you are placing an order with us, however a contract does not exist between us until we acknowledge your order and send you an invoice.
When you complete the order process on this site, the details of your order will be sent to you at the email address you provide.
We will confirm your order by telephone and email.
If a stock item is unavailable for any reason, we will inform you when we call to confirm your order and advise you of an order time. If this is the case you will be under no obligation to proceed with the order.

Payments can be made in person at our retail store:
7 - 9 London Road, North End, Portsmouth, Hampshire, PO2 OBQ
Our opening hours are Monday - Saturday, 9am-5.30pm, Sunday - 10am - 4pm
Deposit with Final Payment Upon Delivery
At our discretion we may agree a deposit payable by telephone, with the outstanding balance due when goods are ready for delivery.

If you place an order online we will call you to arrange delivery or advise lead time if out of stock.
